Movie 3: Uncontrolled growth of Mtb due to TNF deletion

Simulation of gene knockouts of TNF or TNFR1 (ksynthMac = ksynthTcell = 0 or TNFR1mac = TNFR1Tcell = 0) leads to uncontrolled growth of Mtb. In this case, granulomas that form are greater in size, irregular in structure and include very high numbers of extracellular Mtb, large numbers of infected macrophages and wide-spread caseation.
